Location: Toronto/East Coast or West Coast/Mountain West - Remote
As an AE you will be reporting into the VP of Revenue and are a natural at engaging and nurturing client relationships while speaking comfortably about technical subjects to a wide variety of audiences. You love to run extensive, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders within an enterprise, selling directly to all levels of marketing professionals (Director to C-Suite) in a wide variety of industries. Key Position Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from identification, qualification, discovery, proposal/negotiation to close to exceed booking and revenue quota targets (we use SFDC)
- Obsess over the customer experience and work with various internal teams to ensure success with product and revenue growth
- Develop and apply an understanding of Sureshot’s products and value creation
- Understanding your customer’s marketing operations strategies to develop the highest impact plan for adopting Sureshot’s technology
- Collaborate with our partner community and leverage their established account presence and relationships.
AE Requirements
- 4-6 years experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience ideally in Marketing or Sales Technology
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations via telephone and in person with prospective customers
- Strong emotional intelligence and intuition for steering conversations that move the sales forward
- Curious, competitive, career oriented, energetic, self-motivate, and accountable
Compensation Plan Structure
Base Salary plus Commission based on revenue attainment.

Responsibilities;
- The main responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads for the field sales team given a set of qualifying criteria.
- Scheduling first meetings with key personas at ideal customer profiles is one of the success criteria for the role
- Abiility to articulate the value of a MarTech solution - value creation, ROI, change management.
- Keen ability to map, engage and build rapport across an Enterprise organization.
- Background knowledge and previous success using MEDDIC

Requirements;

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to lead implementation for several of our core products. Our products integrate marketing and sales stacks to orchestrate data and manage cross-channel campaigns to support the ever growing enterprise needs.
Our ideal candidate enjoys working with a small team of collaborative and experienced developers writing code in a functional manner, even when working in languages where imperative programming is the norm. Our developers contribute to serverless, multi-container, multi-database products designed to facilitate workloads across automation platforms using RESTful web services as the primary means of communication. Sureshot developers collaborate in Slack, write code in C# + Typescript, push code to Github, and track progress in Azure Devops.
