Unicode Content Test: Café, Résumé, Naïve, and Emoji 🚀

This post tests multibyte Unicode handling throughout the RSS pipeline. The title and content include accented Latin characters (café, résumé, naïve), curly quotes (“quoted”), em dashes —, and an emoji 🚀.

WordPress encodes these correctly in UTF-8 in the RSS feed XML. The XML parser, template renderer, and Bulk API writeback chain should all preserve these characters without corruption, double-encoding, or stripping.
